Help Our Families In Need
Jan 28, 2010
In our efforts to help those in need in our own parish during these tough economic times, representatives from the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Womens’s Club and Men’s Club met with CHO and Coordinated Services.

In the past, OLGC has helped to provide food for CHO only in October. To help CHO meet the food needs of our parishioners and other families, we will place a box in DeSales Hall during each month’s Donut Social. If you are able, pick an item from the list of needed foods, and bring it with you when you stop for coffee and donuts.

Currently needed foods are:
Pancake mix
-- Syrup
-- Saltine crackers
-- Canned fruit
-- Juices
-- Peanut butter
-- Grape jelly
-- Cooking oil -- smaller sizes are helpful
-- Dried beans
-- Cereals
-- Instant coffee
-- Tea
-- Toilet paper
